We have in-house infrastructure specialists and cabling engineers trained and certified by APC, Hewlett Packard, Panduit and Siemens. We install and integrate server equipment, active networking components and workstations on demand.
ICT Support Services
Most of our clients are located in Belgium, with a high concentration in Brussels. We also service some clients in Paris, Madrid, London and New York. As HP Preferred partner, we are able to invoke HP engineers all around the world. WICE engineers service technical equipment in Belgium only. We support Linux, Windows NT, Mac OS network installations all over Belgium and offer 24/24 support in English, Dutch and French.
Remote support services
Our support engineers have their optimized work environment and service many of our clients from distance. We typically use common-spread technology such as MS Remote desktop, Apple Remote Desktop or HP’s Integrated Lights-out.
